Roman coin. Need help identifying

    roman coin with the image of a man on the front facing to the left. on reverse is what looks like a soldier sitting on a chair also facing to the left. 29mm in diameter. weighs 12g. all help highly appreciated

    To be honest the value of the coin is whatever someone is willing to pay. Condition is everything and your coin is not in the best shape. Sorry I can't be of more help.

    Not much in this condition. The blurry pics don't allow to even tell it's the real thing

    This should be moved to the ancient section IMO

    That coin might be not too bad under all that grunge. It is acceptable to clean ancient coins with care - nothing abrasive but a soak in Acetone should reveal a lot more detail, and so increase the value substantially.
