Hi. I can clearly recognize the famous wolf suckling Romulus and Remus in this raw coin. There are also a couple of stars. I'm not sure about the name of the Emperor on the obverse. I do enjoy your comments..
it's just Roma on the obverse C7, not an emperor. i would be tempted to clean that one up a bit maybe?

I do not think it's draped, it just looks like the way the cutter reflected the hair of the beast similar to this one:
Personally I wouldn't mind trying to clean that up too. Its not rare or scarce so its a good coin to experiment and learn from.
