Where can I find ringed binders for the plastic coin pages that are used to hold the cardboard flips? I can't seem to find any.

Not sure I understand the question. I purchase my ringed binders from the local (dare I admit this, I may be flogged) Walmart.

I just find it odd that these coin supply dealers have plastic pages for the 2x2 cardboard holders but not the binders that the plastic pages fit into.

I buy the 1/2" size in packages of six at Costco for around a buck apiece.

Should I get the D-ringed binders or the regular O-ringed binders?

You're right, I suppose it is kind of strange that do not supply the binders. If I had to guess I would say that they do not offer the binders because they do not have enough demand, which means that they cannot purchase in a high enough volume to offer them at a decent price while making a fair profit.

I use O=rings, and limit each book to 10 pages. Larger notebooks with more pages become quite heavy and the pages tend to sag. :(

Keep an eye on the World Coins forum - I'll be posting some scans/photos of my display system as soon as I get a chance to do the prep work.

You are exactly correct. Very little demand, especially since I save the binders that I buy in collections and give them away free lol.
