Ring my Bell

    I have seen different opinions on what a full bell Franklin half is. Most is predicated on the full lines across the bottom of the bell. My eyes are not what they used to be, so how about your comments. Would you consider this a full bell ?

    Looks like full bell line with my eyes! What a pretty Franklin!!

    Not sure it is FBL. A bit concerned about the three areas to the right of the crack. That may be enough to not get it.

    cpm9ball CANNOT RE-MEMBER

    I'm not sure it would make it by NGC (both sets of lines) or PCGS (only the bottom set of lines).
