Rim error or PMD?

    Good evening all

    I was looking through some of my old dimes and I came across this one with a strange mark on the rim. I have tired to research it but have come up empty so guessing it’s PMD but thought I would post on here first to be 100% sure. Many thanks in advance for any help and sorry for the below average pictures

    There are no fails in coin hunting. Only additional examples for the miscellaneous drawer of what not to collect;)
