Many years ago, a coin dealer friend gave me this fragment. He said it fell out of the bag with hen he emptied it. It's one of my favorite coins, both from a sentimental and numismatic standpoint. Unfortunately, it's too small to have encased.

Cool and it looks to have been double struck to boot. Now you have to find the matching struck through coins that resulted. It's a pre '73 so that'll narrow down the search.
