Here is round 2 of my guess the grade contest.

    New Participants
This is a double elimination contest...so, one round may be answered incorrectly and you may still play. Since you missed round one...that round will be counted against you as a wrong answer. So, you have used your one "strike." Please read all the rules before entering the contest.

    Prizes
So, here is what you are really interested in...so I'll start with the prize. The winner of this contest (there will only be one winner) will receive a WWII Nazi Germany 1 pfennig set. This is a set of 2 coins, one of each type issued during WWII. The German's began issuing these coins in bronze early in the war and then changed to zinc as the war drew closer a close. Here are the coins:

1939-D (Munich mint) 1 Reichspfennig - Bronze AU with some luster and RB color

    1943-A (Berlin mint) 1 Reichspfennig - Zinc XF+

    Rules
    1) I will post obverse and reverse images of a coin, and the TPG that graded it.
    2) Post the grade you think this coin received by the TPG. You must include all grade information (including BN, DMPL, UCAM, FBL, *, ect.) unless otherwise specified.
    3) I will not post coins with obsolete grading abbreviations (such as "T" or "W").
    4) Post your answer in this thread, PMs will not be accepted. Once you post your answer, it may not be edited.
    5) This is a double elimination contest, so you will not be eliminated until you give 2 incorrect answers. So, you may answer 1 coin incorrectly or skip one round and still remain active in the contest.
    6) The last person remaining wins.
    7) In the event that nobody answers a particular coin correctly, I reserve the right to either give everyone a "wrong answer strike" or throw out the round (and thus give nobody a "wrong answer strike").
    8) Any bickering, harassment or disruption of this contest by any member may result in that member being disqualified from the contest
    9) You must have registered as a member of CT on or before November 20, 2009.
    10) Round 2 will end on Saturday, December 5, 2009 and 5:00pm PST

    Coin for Round 2

Please provide me with the grade this coin received...this coin is a copper coin so please give me the full grade. It is a 1939-B German 1 Reichpfennig and it was graded by NGC. This is the exact same type of coin that is one of the prizes on this contest.
