    To me it is a spender. Some people collect stars, but the condition, age, and serial # of this note don't suggest anything valuable to me.

    I agree with @Michael K .

    Your note is from a large star run, and it should be at least uncirculated to get a buyers attention. I stash the ordinary, circulated one dollar star notes in with the pocket change, and will eventually spend them.

    It depends. Older notes can be circulated and still be worth something.
