  1. Over struck while double checking todays coin hunt it it just stood right out ithas a see thru glue over it. but is it really struck underneath I quite positive it is..

  4. Yes it is and stamp looks like its underneath the original.given today by a friend who thinks I should still throw it away. No no no don't think so...

    Maybe someone glued two pennies together and then really needed a penny.
     
  6. good point I walk away friend tried to scratch some came of but the it feels indented but maybe its a protector its real I need to learn how to me a video Lol

    It is just the impression of another coin in the glue. You can probably remove the glue with acetone to verify. Be careful with the acetone though, use in a well ventilated area and no open flames or sparks, it is very flammable.

    No it won't damage the coin. But for this case it does not matter. It is not an error and the Cent is only worth 1 Cent.

    Why do you ask if it's fake? It has nothing to do with if it's fake or not. It's an ordinary Cent with glue on it.. That is all.
