Rhode Island quarter strike-through?

    I found this a few weeks ago. Could it be a strike-through on the reverse at about 5 o'clock or just pmd? It looks too clean to be damage. I don't see any raised metal, but I'm just not sure.

    I would call that a strike through. No raised metal anywhere along the outline.

    Nice! Thank you, guys! I think I'm getting better at telling pmd from true errors. A year or 2 ago I would have just spent it thinking it's just damaged. I'm no expert but I think I've come a long way.
