Edit: ALL SOLD. For a decade I was interested in coins of Roman Mesopotamia. There are several good books on the Roman East and its interactions with the Persians, and I got them. I even got The Coinage of Rhesaena in Mesopotamia, by Castlin, a small volume in the ANSNNM series, number 108. 6 1/2" by 4 1/2", 111 pages plus XIII page plates of coins plus 4 more plates of mosaics and a statue of Tyche from the city. Now I am passing along some of the coins I got. I think it is fair to say they are rare, but the types are never in great shape. I don't know how many people collect them. Here is where Rhesaesa is: Rhesaena, spelled Resaina on this map, barely right of the middle. Trajan Decius, 249-251 Rhesaena, Mesopotamia 26 mm. 13.00 grams. Mentions Legion III Parthia explicitly!
