Don't know how popular these are but I suggest moving them quick because most , not all , mint products go down in value over time.

Well, they're still available from the mint, so the issue price would seem to be the upper bound of what you could get ($215) . Graded MS-70 might command a premium but you'd have to pay for the slab. MS-69 may not. Will they appreciate once no longer available? Who knows? As Jeffjay mentioned, the trend is usually depreciation.
Why not return them for a refund if they're already selling for less than mint price? I don't know what their refund rules are though.
