Anyone have an idea what the flaw in the reverse might be?

    Thanks,

I can't tell if it is a stain or a lamination defect.

I was thinking one of the two, but was leaning more toward lamination after examining it with a microscope. It also appears to continue through the E in "ONE" and looks kinda like a die crack. My knowledge of error coins stops at what's in the Red Book and I couldn't find photos of a similarly laminated coin.
