    Unfortunately the thread was closed ,and locked, do to"one individual " who will remain "nameless" spoiled the fun for everyone!
    Since the thread was closed and locked there is no need and wait until Friday to post the winner of the 25% off center Jefferson nickel. As a man of his word, and a gentleman I have written down all names of those whom contributed, or liked this post. Placed them in a hat and pulled out the winners name.

    ***Jeffc *** from Singapore will receive the coin congratulations... Jeffc.
    Please pm me your address information, and I get this posted to you asap.
    @JeffC

    @frech001
    My offer of the 1906 MS IHC Misplaced date still stands....please pm me your information and like I said Pilgrim...I'll get this out to you in the old "candy gram" style..."no land shark here!!" LoL

    I can very well understand the need for a new coin fix! I would be honored Mr. frech001 to make that happen for you! Thank you again for your contributions to the thread.

    To the other members whom gave" a like, or posted to the thread"...my apologies for the abrupt ending.
    It was fun while it lasted....unfortunately someone had to spoil it for everyone else!
    I did appreciate your contributions to the thread....and hopefully another member will start another thread that will continue along the same lines as this one tried to do.
    Best Regards Paddy

    No not the same... we are different individuals...however both of us have had a 17 Y/O thief on CT, try and steal a prize/ gift that we put up out of our pockets for a contest or reward. So beware a word to the wise is sufficient.

    It means equal not the same, as you both had to deal with a like problem.

    That is 100% correct! And it should be addressed before he attempts trying it again.

    JeffC Go explore something and think a happy thought!

    @Paddy54 I won??? Oh Boy!!! REALLY??? But I don't think I even typed ENTRY POST. Wow!!! I don't know what to say... except THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    I don't know what to say... thanks EVERYONE for your congratulations.

    I haven't been this excited since I thought I won a gold coin back in August from APMEX:
    Doc1a.jpg

    I said "I thought" because - in the end - it wasn't me. It was another Jeffrey C. LOL. It was such a let down.

    So, @Paddy54 , are you sure this one is really ME???!!! Hahahaha. *Pinches Myself*

    I don't even own ONE SINGLE error coin! Not even one. Yours will be my very first one! And in such a high grade with the date intact too! I will always cherish it. I'll never sell it. I'll put it in a box, just like the "W" V75 quarters another generous CoinTalk member gave me. ALL 5 FOR FREE!!! I made a box label with his name on it so I'll always remember.

    If I were a dog, my tail would be waggin' and my name would be LUCKY! You know, I really like coin-related stories and I actually read your story (in the thread that's since been closed) twice. First time was during the evening you posted it and then again the next day. Your story made me visualize how air travel was at that time and that's why I asked you whether the windows really had curtains (I'd seen that in some old movies). I like these stories - like how @Inspector43 would be allowed sit in a bank vault to go through coins.

    Man, I'm rambling on and on. Sorry about that. Can you tell I'm excited?! Again, thank you very, very much. I don't know what to say. I will write and say more in the PM.

    Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you!:)

    It my pleasure to be able to award this specimen to someone as respectful and nice as Jeffc!
    As I see this we all are winners here to have a member so appreciative as Jeff seems to be...
    I am sometime very disappointed by people in general, but its post like this that lifts my spirits, and gives me hope.
    I hope you do treasure this Jeff...every man ,woman, and child should have something to treasure !
    Something to call their own...something to pass on... congrats Jeffc
