    Doubling is visible elsewhere (on the known variety), so you're probably better off looking for that instead of just focusing on the date. If still unsure, you may wish to post clear images of the entire coin.

    Yes... You may wish to consider pulling up a clear and detailed photo of a known specimen to use for comparison.
