I pulled these out of the book brand new. But I wonder how my fellow CT members would grade these notes
It would depend greatly on if the whole note would be graded or if only the perfarated On would be if that would be the case centering of the whole note would be off and Probably could do no better then a 65, which is still great and nothing to sneeze at
Well the perforation is just icing on the cake for me, I wanted to keep the not intact. So I did not tear the perforation. The holes are actually part of the note as well, because no Mint State food stamp coupons will not have a hole in the perforation from the staples automatically added during the manufacturing process. So I presume at first glance, it would appear as though it was "off center" however, once the perforation is removed it would be centered.
