Reading about metal detecting on this board intrigued me. I started wondering today whether I could rent one for a short period to try it out. I called a metal detector place and they said that no one rents out decent metal detectors, though cheapie ones might be available. I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with this. Has anyone seen a place that rents out detectors, or is it just not done?
The first two stores I went into to look at metal detectors rented them as well. Check around, you'll find someone that does. myster
