Ren Wax Treated

    I finished this Jovian AE3 in May. I treated it with Ren Wax and just pulled it out of hiding to check how the wax and coin held up. It looks good.

    Jovian AE3, 20mm, Siscia. 363-364 AD. DN IOVIA-NVS PF AVG, Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / VOT V MVLT X in four lines within wreath, mintmark BSISC. LRBC 1267; RIC VIII Siscia 426; Sear 19228.

    I used that Renwax on a big pile of crusty old Folles a few weeks back and they looked like museum piece. That Renwax is the real deal.
