Reichmarcs

    I was wondering how common ww2 german reichmarcs were, and if anyone had a link to a site with information on them. Its a collection ive been pondering starting.

    Ummmmm... some of them aren't too pricey I don't suppose, you could put together a nice high grade collection without a whole lot of cash, as far as a complete collection.... I dunno.

    I know there are some key date/mintmark combinations, but the silver 2 and 5 RM are not rare or expensive. Also, most that I have seen are in high (circulated) grade. Truly Unc. ones are a bit pricey, I hear, but in the coin shop down the street from me here in Munich they cost 2 euros for the 2 mark coins and 5 euros for the 5 mark coins. Not bad for a 70 year old silver coin, with a swastika on it, no less!
