Extra points for folks who enjoy color........:)

And one must always buy with their 'eyes'. What seems most important? The strike is average, but the color is most appealing......:)

I originally bought it raw on eBay with a dark picture where one couldn't see much. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in hand.

It went to Anacs back in 2015 (see linked thread in 1st post) with a mixture of coins during one of their specials. It stayed in the Anacs holder until I finally sent it to NGC recently.

It's definitely a coin that I enjoy and find very appealing. :)

I didn't guess in the previous thread, but I will say MS63* no FBL.

Unc details questionable color. Just because the tpgs suck half the time. Id grade it 63 and natural

MS-64, probably in an MS-65 holder because of the color.

And the answer is MS 62.
So Anacs said AU 55 and NGC went MS 62. I don’t think either got it right. It looks like a 63 and I thought star worthy. It’s not FBL, so that part was correct.

No market grading here and no color bump as a 62 pretty much says there is little value above raw. The funny thing is that it might have been worth more as a 58 (especially with a star).

Maybe I’ll wait another 4 years and send it in again? :D
