This one is just barley 19mm (listed as AE18 BMC429) I was thinking its 430, but wildwinds doesn't list the inscription so I couldn't confirm it. Can anyone confirm this? Elagabalus , AE19 Antioch. Radiate bust right/ large S.C, Delta Epsilon above, eagle below, all in wreath. BMC 430?

For the Cilician silver: CILICIA, Uncertain. 4th century BC. AR Obol. Baaltars seated left, holding grain ear / Forepart of wolf right; inverted crescent above. Göktürk 57-8; SNG France 443; SNG Levante 224 I'll check out the Elagabalus piece in McAlee when I get the chance.
I'm a bit confused weather its an Obol, or 3/4 obol I asked about the 2nd one posted a while ago, on forvm, and was told it was it was 3/4 obol http://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php?topic=77086.0 "6 obols to the drachm, so the obol weight keys off the weight standard for the drachm i.e. one sixth of whatever the applicable weight of the drachm at that place and time. In the Attic weight standard this would be a 0.8 gm obol. I think (but I am not sure) that your coin was probably struck on the Lycian low weight standard in which case the obol would be 0.72 gms. Some further details on the various Greek weights standards attached below"
I think Tarsos was on Persic standard. If you consult the chart, these are in the appropriate weight range for obols on that standard. Yes, they are a bit underweight, but that is to be expected of small denominations. For the Antioch - McAlee 788a-c. The variety is determined by the form of the wreath tie - diamond, garland, or scar.
