Reeds in the middle of the edge cool I think

    It looks like the reeded edge of another coin hit the dime you are asking about.

    I compared it to another and it looked the same so idk

    Collar clash. At some point the obv die was misaligned far enough that the portion of the die that creates the top surface of rim made contact with the edge of the collar. this created a clashmark of the jagged edge of the collar. When the die was reseated the top surface of the rim now shows the jagged clashmark.

    Ahh he was talking about the rim. I thought he was talking about the mark near the eye.
