After searching the internet, Im at a total loss as to what this might be worth. I have seen nothing like it. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!

The quarter has no reeds, is smaller than a normal quarter, has an edge that is slightly raised. It can be seen that there is small, reed-like striping on one side, but it is not raised or lowered, leaving a smooth round edge all the way around.

My camera is very old, so its hard to make out in the photos. sorry! DSC06268.jpg

I think this is one of the more common errors with the state quarters, of course i could be wrong.

It probably looks a lot like this one: What's up with this quarter?

It's post mint damage, probably caused by the coin being in a commercial clothes dryer (usually called a dryer coin). It has a similar appearance to spooning, but that's usually done on silver coins by tapping the edge with a spoon or hammer.
