Recent Bay find- off-center bust “wormy 6” dollar

Of course the only genuine off-center draped bust dollars are a variety of 1795, but anything is possible on eBay!!!

The following listing passed the Bay and sold in spite of numerous reports through their ineffective reporting process; pat answer was there was NO policy violation with this one…



I noted the odd feature of the “6” for future reference and then saw this latest offering this morning:









Further review indicates it is the same seller and same coin; both sellers are from the same location and have duplicate mint sets for sale.



So, I will continue to try to find a different example with this attribution feature!
