There is something called a Dual Misaligned Die Strike. Could be. Broadstruck would not have the reeding. What is a Packy?
I agree MAD , and on dimes you see a lot of them...for what reason im clueless but I see more like that Then full strikes.
package store, what they call liquor stores here in connecticut, down in florida and other southern states they are called abc stores since the government is only allowed to sell liquor, and in seattle they are called "state stores" i have lived in those places so i know

MAD, misaligned on both sides and in slightly different directions (unless it has a rotated die error as well) Obv looks like toward 3:00 and reverse toward 5:00.
