So, as promised, I am posting some pics of the old UK Copper that I have. Some have dates, some don't, some look like crap, and some are decent. I have a good string of Georges 1-3, and 6, plus some Queen Vic. Probably going to take a couple posts. Sorry about some of the pics, sorry about how bad some of the coins look too! Not bad for some of the ones from late 1700's early 1800's.

All I know about this first coin is that it has King George on the front, and some bits and pieces of what looks like Britania on the back...no idea what denomination (penny, half penny?), no idea what date.

Second is 1806 1 Penny with George III on the front. My Great Aunt bought it for 1 pound in 1985 when she was there. I think most of these came from her originally.

Next one is a damaged 1 Penny from 1825 with George IV

And after that is an Irish Penny from 1769, I think it is my oldest or 2nd oldest...1769 George III

i believe the first coin you posted is a william iii (1694-1702) coin. (it reads GVLIELMVS TERTIVS on the obverse) if the diameter is close to 26 mm, that makes it a half penny, which were minted between 1695 and 1701. the farthing would be smaller. sadly, i can't make out the date.

Nice, that makes much more sense than king George, whatever language it is written in throws me off...I can't really make anything out on the reverse though...it measures about 28 mm...not far from 26 mm

    gulielmus is latin for william.

nice collection, btw. if you have more to show, please do. i'll do my best not to drool on them!

Thanks, will do. I have some old canadian too, but those are the oldest. Everything else is Victoria, George 5, George 6, and Elizabeth 2.

Here is a 1918 George 5 1 Penny while I take some more pics and eat dinner...Maybe I'll throw in some old Canadian copper

Thanks Mickey, I love that site, I found that the last time I was going through some of my UK coins! I'm branching away from copper and moving to silver on these two.
First is a florin from 1887 with Queen Vic that cost £3 in 1985, second is 1889 1/2 Crown also with Queen Vic. Two of my favorite silver pieces.
