Hello everyone, bought some pennies and found this 1992 Lincoln penny and was wondering would this be considered a RPM & a doubled die? Thanks

Not a doubled die, what caused that is a worn die.

Yep, that is from a worn die. In this case it is called Die Deterioration Doubling. One major sign is that the "doubling" is seen in the direction facing the rim.
