Have been trying to find the attribution to no avail.

Have searched for Caria: Mylasa; Myndos, and Kaunos, nothing.
My best guess up to know is Comana Pontica because at Numismata Graeca Coin Type Part 2 Anson.pdf, p. 67 I found as a possible attribution No. 719 struck under Mithradates Eupator 118 – 63 BC.

I'm not able to find anything yet, but I agree the style looks like Pontos or Northern Greece, from 2nd-1st century BC.

Awesome. Thank you so much for these links @svessien

Then most probably it is a bronze issue from Ionia, Teos. Apparently biddr is not sure about Teos. Will start looking for Ionia bronze issues.

Glad you got the attribution right:)
Perhaps a little less intriguing than the "Dionysiac artists", but still a nice coin. I've never seen the type before, at least.

Thank you so much for your help @svessien; even not being a Dionysiac artist coin I am very grateful for all I learned about this coinage through the links and information you provided. Thank you:)
