Real Or Poorly Cast Tetradrachm?

    The late great director of the Metropolitan Museum Of Art Thomas Hoving once said that to call a fake work of art fake was ok but to accuse a genuine work of art of being a fake is a sin. If so I've probably sinned here at some point.

    Do you think this coin is just corroded or are those casting pearls on this coin? I welcome any opinions. Thanks...
