Hi. Only the Greek letter Epsilon on reverse of this coin made me know that it's Greek. There also seems to be a counter stamp beside a star. I can't identify the sandy obverse, nor the interpretation of the reverse. Thank you for your assistance.
Seleucis and Pieria, Antioch, Elagabalus. Could be Severus Alexander too - with no obverse legend it's hard to tell some of the busts apart.
