Rate My Frankie..FBL?

    Picked this up today and I was wondering if it would qualify as Full Bell lines or not.I lit the pictures to try and show the detail and not the lustre.In hand,it is blazing white,looks like it was minted yesterday but I'm no expert on the bell lines thing.Thanks

    I hear ya Roy,I just realized that the pic of the reverse is a bit dark on the right so here are two closeups...hope they will help.

    Afraid not Mik, even based on the more lenient PCGS definition the bottom lines must be unbroken.
