Please allow me to answer the set question, you can get it for ~ 20 US $ on ebay for the short set "7 coins". The long 9 coin set I think will be 50x that because it has 2 Gold coins. As a note, I have been searching for proof sets for the past few weeks, I have not seen a single 1966 long sets on the bay, so I can not gurantee that one exist, the only reference is kraus catalog.
the thing about these sets is that if you wait you may get it for half the market price, one set was sold for 12.99$ + 2$ shipping, this goes for all common "unpopular" sets.
