    At best you might get $3 each.

    The Washington quarter= about 9 X face ($2.25) in silver value, but it fluctuates.
    Jefferson nickel: $.05 + current metal value, about 7 + cents
    Buffalo nickel -- if there is a date possibly 50 cents, unless it is a better date, also check for mintmark: reverse (back) at bottom) for a D or S. and the date under the Indian's bust.
    Merc dime: 1924 all mintmarks in AG (about Good) not much more than silver or about $1.00 (tops).

    If that '42 is a silver comp nickel, then it's value would be about 0.70 cents.


    Of course without seeing the reverse, i can't tell if it's nickel or 35% silver

    Look at the obverse color, it is not silver.

    It would be nice if that Jefferson nickel turned out to be a D/Horizontal D variety.
    Not much chance of that, though.
    Still, something worth looking at.

    You know, i was just thinking about that right after my post. I agree, doesn't look silver.
