Rainbow Ike guess the grade

Here is a rainbow toned Ike dollar that is on its way back from NGC.

WOW, nice. I'd say MS-65 unless they body bagged it because of Artifical Toning...

 

I'm no good at grading proofs, but it'll be interesting to see what it graded. At first glance it's as nice as my '73 which is PF69 DCAM from PCGS.

 

I'm going to guess proof 67 deep cameo. Changed from 68 to 67 after I noticed some spots.
