Have lots of people done such raid making it very hard for someone to find a MS 64+ ike in mint sets? Do you think I have a fair chance at finding nice ikes in mint sets to be graded 64+?
You shouldn't have any problem finding 64s for most dates. 65s will be a bit tougher - 66s downright scarce in most dates and all but impossible in others. I would not hold out much hope of finding a 67.
