today I received a 1 dollar bill with a serial L 13033303 G. My question is, is this a "poor mans" radar. I know its not a true radar because of the 1, but what is your thoughts. Is it a keeper?
It depends on the condition. If it is in BU or CHCU condition, I would keep it but if it should be shredded, spend it. You can consider it a "Poor Man's" radar note, because the poor man is always a level lower than that actual product. PS:: GO PENGUINS!! Down the Wings!!(I was born in Pitt)
