Sorry that I did not see your post before the auction ended. Treashunt is correct, at that price, and with s/h, it would have been a good deal. Most decent condition cwts seem to go for a (total) purchase price of around $15 and up on ebay these days. that is almost double from a year or two ago. R.G. Tyler issued 4 varieties of Civil War tokens, all fairly common (all R3 rarities), and all list for $12 in F/VF, $15 in XF, and $25 in Unc in Kanzinger's 2002 catalog. While the catalog was fairly accurate when published, it is now becoming quickly outdated with the approaching 150th anniversary of the Civil War. If you would like a Civil War token from Detroit, there are many to choose from as Fuld lists 709 different cwts from Detroit. If it does not have to be a Civil War token, there are literally thousands and thousands of other types from Detroit.
