I have a 64 cent that was in my rolls of cents I inherited. It is beaming with rainbow toning. There are shinny green specs on his hairline, and exploading tone afround his frame. Should I submit this to a top TPG? Would it be worth it? I'm thinking I am going to send this one in even if it isn't worth any money. I'll try to get pictures, but none that I have taken yet remotely do the coin justice.
