My only NNC coin is a 1943-s steel cent. They graded it MS-67. I would grade it only AU-58. NNC is a bottom tier company that does not have any credibility. Charlie
I don't see any wear so I think it would be MS60/1... I'm sure if you look you can find good and bad NNC coins.... Speedy
It doesn't look like it has much actual wear, but it is chopped up (bad marks, etc.) pretty good. From my understanding, wear and bag marks are not related. I don't see whizzing, etc. It's one of those that lacks eye appeal more than anything.
