Let's just say that I messed up on a post (word typed wrong). How would you edit your post? Thanks!

At the bottom of your post there is a picture of a pencil and it says Edit Post. Click that and it will take you to the edit screen. Make your changes and at the bottom of the page click the button that says Save Changes.

In addition to Conder's explanation, you should also be aware that the "edit" function is available for a limited time period, after which, no changes can be made. (I don't know how long the period is.)

The only real issue I have with this is that it makes any threads on the For Sale forum a little difficult to work with.

Offering a list of coins or auctions cannot be updated when something sells.

I think you can contact one of the mods and they'll help you with that issue.

Yes it can. There is a drop down box that allows you to mark it sold. Granted, you can't pick and choose this coin or that coin out of a list, you have the mark the post as sold. But if you need individual coins marked, all you have to do is ask any mod and they'll be happy to do it for you.

And so ya know, if it wasn't for the cheaters, the scammers, and the spammers, we would not have had to limit the edit function in the first place. Members were allowed to edit their posts, all of their posts, for years. But the bad guys got so bad we had to limit editing.
