in this coin would this be consider a die chip,as you can see it almost has its own shape /symbol ,and if so can others be found with the same die chip various times over
After the die is chipped, all coins struck with that die will exhibit the same chip. Most times the die chip will get bigger as it is used. There are collectors that try to get coins showing the progression of the die chip.
thats funny that you says that about the progression, I found about 40 strike thought errors from the same box, waited to long to slab, want to mount 5 in one slab to show the progression
finished found 66 all the same no major differences in them in fact they look very identical,also they have 3 dots on the queens bust plus some plating/lamination issues
that is cool, try to line them up, as if they came out of the die, then you can study on what happened to cause theses problems
