They may be silver since the mint sells sets of silver qaurters. Before anyone onr here can really assist you in identifying them they will need to know the answers to some if not all of the questions listed below.

When flipped do they ring the same as a regular quarter?
Are all three the same type?
Is there a copper band along the edge?
    What mint mark are they?

The only state quarters made in silver are Proofs from the San Francisco mint.

There are several firms out there that are plating state quarters with silver gold or platinum and selling them at rediculus markups. Once the buyers of this trash try to later sell them and fnd that they are worthless they sometimes wind up in circulation. Weigh your coins and you will find that they are very close to 5.67 grams, the standard weight of a clad quarter. If they were silver they would weigh 6.25 grams.

    Quarters

The 3 quarters that I have are Flordia, Michigan, and Wisconsin they do not have a copper ring around them, they all have the (P) for phil mint. They do sound a little different from a regular quarter. Here's how i got them. I work in a gas station and run a cash register and a customer paid me in quarters night before last and i got them because they are in GREAT shape and they look different being looking as though they where silver, but my husband and I dont have a clue thanks for your help.
