I was looking thru my coins and looking at the Redbook for info and noticed that the 1883 w/o cents and a mintage of 5mil+ has a much lower value than the 1883 w/cents with mintage of 16mil+. Is there a reason behind the value difference that outweighs the drastic mintage values?
