I looked up all the coins individually on the NGC website and total was around $101.25. Now I know it's only a price "guide" and that the NGC and PCGS guides tend to be a little over inflated, but why did this set go for so cheap if all the coins added up are around $100? http://www.ebay.com/itm/17080239106...NX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_500wt_1202
Yeah, I realized that but they would still sell for that cheap even if those 5 coins in the auction list individually over $100?
they are so common that they sell for silver melt (.65) plus a couple bucke for the sac proof and $1 for the penny & nickel. forget the PCGS price guide for most modern coins.
Makes sense. I know the price guides aren't incredibly accurate but with such a large price differential I had to ask and see what was up. Thanks for the replies.
