I have a 1st hair style 1798 Sheldon 148 ANACS Cent graded G-4 original (Not Details: cleaned, corroded, etc). What is its approximate value?

Cannot send pics at this time until cell cleared up.

There is a lot of factors that contribute to the value of a large cent. Do you happen to know the die state? Look and see if it as a cud above "RTY" in Liberty, if your coin has this it means that it was struck right before the set of dies was retired, this would be considered a late die state (LDS) and is worth more than one that was struck earlier. The die state will play a large role in value for this particular Sheldon variety. I would love to see a picture of the coin when you are able. With a picture I will be able to assign a EAC grade, then I will be able to accurately determine a value based on the variety & die state.
