What is a decent but inexpensive locking display case? Been searching google and see all types. Just wondering if anyone who sells at some shows could point me in the right direction. Thanks, Davis
Allstate cases are used almost universally by coin dealers. The last time I bought one, it cost $100 with a padded fabric case.
Show organizers (perhaps mainly the larger shows) rent cases out to dealers for the duration of the shows for those in need who don't bring their own, which is especially convenient for dealers attending shows further afield. So no need to ship or carry them, and good for others who don't want to invest in and store their own cases.
I bought some refurb Allstate cases for $50 a piece from a supplies dealer if you can find them clean and used you'd save even more
