if you have 2 star notes with everything the same.(district, run size,condition,etc) except one is from run 1 and the other is from run 4...does the 1st command more of a premium? or are they the same? this is just a general question, not about any specific bill. ty.
I would say they should be the same. Usually this is the case, but sometimes a certain run can be slow to show up in circulation and be perceived to be harder to find, driving up the value.
