A friend asked me this question and I could not figure it out. I am sure that one of you will have the answer for me.

He has a France, KM866a 10 Centime coin. There are some dates (like 1924) that have a "t" after them. I don't see anything in the text that explains that. Do you know what it means?

The tb is a for Thunderbolt-Poissy, cornucopia privy mark.

I did see the tb in the key but this was a "t" alone. I will double check when I have the book in front of me, but I assumed they were different.

    Thanks

He is talking about KM# 866a 10 Centimes 1917-1938. All that is listed is a privy for the mint in Poissy.

Not sure if its a thunderbolt privy or cornucopia?

The ones that have that small "t" are 1922, 1923 and 1924.

I did not notice any that have a "tb" so maybe they are equivalent?

I am sure they are. I am using the 35th edition of SCWC(a little outdated).
