I know this is a probably shot in the dark question, but does anyone know where North Korea's mint is? It is listed as in Hong Kong on some websites, but i'm wondering if it's a cover up by north korea, or it's just their mailing location.

Many countries, especially smaller or poorer ones, outsource the mintage of their coins to other countries.

So do you guys think it's a cover up as listed in Hong Kong, or North Korea really owns a mint in Hong Kong

The only address that the North Korean mint has in Hong Kong, as far as I know, is a PO Box in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Guess that is used for promoting/selling their gold and silver coins, but I find it hard to believe that they have a producing mint there. :) Other sources mention a mint in Pyeongyang - maks more sense to me.
