Question about Mexican Peso?

I just bid on this "Mexican 1 Peso" coin and won it. I was wondering what makes the lines and the "wrinkled" look?Also, there are some flat areas on the ends of some of the longest rays?? Was the die cracked up,when it was minted? Any help would be appreciated.:thumb:

If that diagonal line at 9:00 on the obverse is raised, it may be a die crack. If it's incused, it's a scratch.

The other stuff looks to me like after-mint damage.

Sure hope you didn't pay very much for it Frank.
